Club Events & Societies
Whilst the Club has three key events a year; the Burns Supper, St Andrews Day Dinner and the Summer Ball, there are a host of other events from ceilidhs to dinners for new Members. These provide Members with an opportunity to entertain friends and colleagues and meet with other Members.

A major factor in the Club’s life are the Societies. Whether it’s bridge, golfing, shooting & fishing, snooker, horse racing or music, the Societies bring together Members who share common interests.
The Number 9 Society invites well known speakers to address Members over lunch on the second Tuesday of the month. Speakers have ranged from politicians to sporting heroes and industry leaders. They are informative but relaxed; operated under Chatham House rules they provide a unique insight into topics of the day.
The Younger Members Society covers the spectrum of events within the Club and even further afield as part of the Younger Members' Inter-Club Group.
